Your personal data will be processed for case management purposes and/or in order to administrate, process and answer your request and – if applicable – in case you have given your consent for Market research and consumer surveys to receive feedback related to our services and call recordings for quality purposes by PSA AUTOMOBILES SA, 2-10 Boulevard de l’Europe, 78 300 Poissy, France, as controller as follows:
The data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) 1 a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in case you provide your respective consent and/or on Art. 6 (1) 1 b) GDPR in case of customer requests.
We as controller process your personal data as follows:

The data elements marked with a * listed above are mandatory and a requirement necessary to answer your request. You are therefore obliged to provide the data. In case you do not provide the data, we cannot fulfil your request.
Above-mentioned data in section 1 will be stored for up to 6 years for customer cases and requests and for 15 years in case of legal issues. Data in section 2 will be stored for 21 days. Data in section 3: Call recordings will be stored for no longer than 90 days, unless any ongoing case involvement. In this case, the recorded call might be stored for 90 days after the case has been closed.

The above mentioned recipients disclose your personal data to the respective engaged processors (suppliers for IT-Service, market research and marketing services) to support the administration of the named purposes.
In particular we disclose your personal data to following service provider Salesforce EMEA Limited, Village 9, Floor 26 Salesforce Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4AY, United Kingdom, who is located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and therefore in a country without adequate level of data protection. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission, but there are appropriate safeguards in place, which are in this case respective Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs).
