Vauxhall Motors Limited’s (“Vauxhall”) registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND. Vauxhall is a member of the Stellantis N.V. group of companies.
The ‘Vauxhall SUV EVENT” (the “Offer”) is one of the following:
(a) £1000 (inc. VAT) saving on the new Vauxhall Mokka on the road price;
(b) £500 (inc. VAT) saving on the new Vauxhall Grandland on the road price;
(c) £500 (inc. VAT) saving on the new Vauxhall Frontera on the road price.
The Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you and Vauxhall.
Terms and Conditions
1. Orders must be placed with a participating Vauxhall retailer (“Participating Retailer”) between 13th and 28th February 2025 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”)
2. The Offer is only available during the Offer Period.
3. The Offer is on all new Vauxhall SUV models/trims orders only. The Offer is not redeemable against any purchases other than new Vauxhall SUVs: Mokka, Grandland or Frontera.
4. Offer excludes pre-registered vehicles.
5. The Offer is subject to availability at Participating Retailers. Offer not available at Arnold Clark retailers.
6. Offer applies to private individuals (18+) and Vauxhall Partners only.
7. To receive the Offer, you must be a UK resident (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)
8. Offer applies to outright purchase, personal contract purchase and conditional sales only. Where a finance quote is provided, and the relevant saving is proposed into the quote, the validity of this quote will not extend beyond the 28 February 2025.
9. The Offer may only be used in conjunction with the following offers:
(a) Loyalty (MAIA) finance renewal bonuses.
(b) Vauxhall Partners.
(c) Tesco Clubcard promotion.
(d) Electric All In.
10. No cash alternative to the savings will be offered. The Offer is not exchangeable (cannot be swapped for anything of equal or lesser value) and non-transferable to any other party or location.
11. The Offer has no monetary value, and monies will not be refunded should the new vehicle order be subsequently cancelled.
12. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Vauxhall’s privacy policy, which is available to view at https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy.html.
13. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from Vauxhall, constitute the entire agreement between the customer, the Participating Retailer and Vauxhall relating to this Offer and supersede any prior agreements between the customer, the Participating Retailer, and Vauxhall relating to this Offer. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Vauxhall reserves the right to cancel or amend the Offer and these terms and conditions without notice at any time, but will seek to provide notice where possible.
15. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, Vauxhall may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Offer.
16. Neither Vauxhall or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
17. The Offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
