Drivers of Vauxhall electric vehicles are entitled to free public charging of their Vauxhall electric vehicles at JOLT charging stations, located in London, between 3 February 2025 and 2 March 2025, via JOLT Charge Limited, registered company number 13633536 (“JOLT”) (the “Offer”).

The Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you and Vauxhall Motors Limited (“Vauxhall”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       Offer available on Vauxhall electric vehicles only.

2.       Offer available at JOLT public charging stations only. Currently located at certain locations in London, for more details see: https://joltcharge.com/uk/find-a-charger/.

3.       Offer applies between 3 February 2025 and 2 March 2025 (the “Offer Period”).

4.       Maximum duration of each charging session is 3 hours, after which you must remove the vehicle from the JOLT charging station. If your stay exceeds 3 hours, you may be subject to additional charges. It is your responsibility to check local signage.

5.       It is your responsibility to comply with parking restrictions and pay any parking charges.

6.       Offer applies to private individuals (18+).

7.       To receive the Offer, you must be a UK resident.

8.       Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers provided by Vauxhall.

9.       Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Vauxhall’s privacy policy, which is available to view at https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy.html.

10.   To receive the free public charging for the Offer Period, you must download the JOLT App, create a JOLT account, and register the make, model, and registration number of your Vauxhall electric vehicle. JOLT will then apply the free charging to the vehicle for use at JOLT charging stations for the duration of the Offer Period.

11.   The electric charging is supplied by JOLT and not Vauxhall. You are responsible for downloading the JOLT mobile application, setting up an account with JOLT, and inputting the relevant details in order to access the free charging for the Offer Period. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide to JOLT are correct, Vauxhall shall not be liable for any incorrect information you provide to JOLT.

12.   You may be required to have a compatible smartphone with an internet connection or mobile data for charging purposes. The terms and conditions agreed between you and your telecommunications provider will apply to the use of the phone / mobile data connection (charges may apply).

13.   You are responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of using the JOLT app and charging stations for the duration of the Offer Period.

14.   At the end of the Offer Period, JOLT may transfer your account to a different membership option, including subscription and pay-per-use memberships. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your JOLT account after the end of the Offer Period.  

15.   There is no cash alternative to the free charging via JOLT. The free charging provided is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

16.   If the free charging via JOLT is unavailable, cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond Vauxhall’s control, Vauxhall is under no obligation to offer an alternative and will not owe any further liability to you.

17.   JOLT is a third-party supplier, and you agree to their terms and conditions (available at https://joltcharge.com/terms/) and privacy policy (available at https://joltcharge.com/privacy/).

18.   In case of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and JOLT’s terms and conditions, Vauxhall’s Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

19.   Vauxhall reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Offer at any point in time. Information is correct at time of publication.

20.   If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, Vauxhall or JOLT may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Offer.

21.   Neither Vauxhall or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer or as a result of your participation in the Offer, or use of the JOLT application and charging stations. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected.

22.   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Offer.
