VXR8

Vauxhall VXR8 was inspired by Holden Special Vehicles in Australia. Big on power, big on performance, a sensational V8 sound – this was a super confident, super saloon.

VXR8 GTS

The VXR8 GTS was a monster. An Eaton supercharger, 6.2-litre V8 driving the rear wheels, nearly 600bhp and a soundtrack guaranteed to make your hair stand on end. At its heart was a supercharged LSA V8 which delivered 576bhp and 545lb ft of torque. And muscled its way from 0-60mph in just 4.2 seconds. Rapid.

The ‘twin-nostril’ grille, stylish fascia and 20-inch ‘blade’ forged alloys combined for a bold, aggressive look. Add in a shedload of technologies and the VXR8 GTS came ready to take on all challengers.

VXR8 Bathurst

Named after the 1,000 kilometres touring car race held each year in Australia. The VXR8 Bathurst was a special edition developed to celebrate this unique driving experience. The supercharged V8 engine didn’t hang around. Delivering 0-60mph in 4.9 seconds and 50-70 mph in 2.6 seconds(3rd gear). This VXR8 version included fully adjustable Walkinshaw Performance coil-over suspension, which allowed personal ride settings. And a Walkinshaw Performance 6 piston front and 4 piston rear braking system.

Maloo R8 LSA

The Vauxhall Maloo R8 LSA was an awesome pickup. Under the bonnet sat a 6.2-litre supercharged V8, with maximum power of 544PS and a jaw-dropping 671Nm of torque. It darted from 0-62mph in just 4.5 seconds and rushed to a top speed of 155mph.

A modified chassis helped cater for the massive power and torque. The unique rear suspension module delivered improved rear stiffness and rear braking efficiency. Aggressive exterior styling included a fascia incorporating a subtle splitter and pitch-black bonnet air vents.
